• No trip/mileage charge for service calls within Norfolk city limits during normal business hours
• $35.00 minimum labor charge for all on-site/on-location service calls during normal business hours
• No minimum labor charge when you bring the work to our store location.
• We do not charge you labor if we cannot perform the task successfully that we were hired to do
